The location of the hotel was ideal, surrounded by vibrant bars and shops at Haji Lane. it was conveniently located near MRT stations, making it easy to explore the city. The in-house French cafe offered a delightful dining experience, and the hotel was close to two mosques, catering to the needs of Muslim travelers. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows, providing a lovely view of the surrounding area. The bathroom, though small, was clean and well-maintained.
The onsite security measures could be improved.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was conveniently located near multiple restaurants and transportation options. Plus, the hotel provided a free mobile phone, a super helpful perk. Another great aspect was the layout of the hotel. It was installed in a group of old houses, which gave it a unique and charming atmosphere.
The room we initially got was small and had no window, and it smelled like mold. The AC in that room was also noisy and didn't cool properly.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the location on a wooden walk up platform was so unique and charming. It felt like a hidden gem tucked away from the busy city. Plus, being near to 2 MRT train stations made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, always friendly and ready to help. The basic amenities in the room were just what I needed, and despite not having a dressing table, the room was kept very clean. Lastly, breakfast was included in my stay, and while it mainly catered to Chinese cuisine with no rice or mee, the variety of meat dishes was delicious.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic, with nothing major to complain about.

Quaint area, near Malay heritage. Plenty of food options nearby. Great retreat from usual touristy places. Impersonal hotels replaced by a more affordable and personalized stay. Wonderful OneBowl Restaurant with other cuisine options available. Mustafa's shopping icon within walking distance.

A charming boutique hotel with a good blend of cultures and history. The Sultan Loft, with its enchanting decor and regal atmosphere, left me completely charmed. Although the bathroom was a bit cramped, the overall experience was lovely. The hotel's location near Masjid Sultan and the quiet rooms were a bonus. The option of ordering a freshly cooked breakfast and the complimentary minibar items added to the value of the stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
